Jeffrey Yoskowitz is a writer, pickler and food entrepreneur based in Brooklyn, New York. He writes and speaks about the intersection of food, culture and politics. He has written for a variety of publications, including The New York Times, The Atlantic, Slate, Tablet and Meatpaper.
He co-owns and serves as the chief pickler of The Gefilteria, an Old World Jewish food venture in Brooklyn whose products are sold around the United States.
In 2014 Forbes Magazine named him one of its 30 under 30 in food and wine.
