Lectures and Presentations
I regularly lecture at universities, and speak to audiences about my research and my work in the food world as an entrepreneur and an author, as well as an expert in Jewish foodways and cooking. I've also been teaching cooking demos and hands-on workshops (like my one-of-a-kind pickling workshop) at conferences and events across the globe.
