I co-authored The Gefilte Manifesto cookbook, named a top cookbook of the year by USA Today and Epicurious, and named a finalist for the National Jewish Book Award. My writing has been published by major newspapers and magazines, whether advocating for bringing back a lost holiday tradition in a New York Times op-ed,  somehow covering a hot ticket food event at NY's Auto Show, or reporting on a controversial cookbook with geopolitical implications. Back in 2011, I launched and edited Pork Memoirs, a literary site that published personal essays about complicated feelings towards pigs which was featured on NY Mag's Grub Street and Oprah.com.
